In 2006 the house was redesigned and refurbished to make an ideal place for holidays. The house has an advantage of being 3 minutes walk from the exclusive Puerto Calero, with its luxury yachts and non massified beaches. Only 3 minutes walking from the best Spa on the Island (SPA Talasoterapia Terma Europa). The famous tourist village of Puerto del Carmen is only 8 minutes driving from there.
