This is a beautiful estate located on the shores of the Burguillo Lake, in the Natural Park of the Iruelas Valley, at the heart of Spain. It lies in a peaceful residential area. In addition to swimming along the numerous sand beaches, there are various sports and leisure activities, including canoeing and fishing, horse-riding, golf, walking and hiking. Furthermore, it is close to various cultural treasures, including medieval Avila, El Greco’s Toledo, the Royal Appartments at El Escorial and Madrid. The Estate comprises an enclosed garden that is lush and green, with stunning views over the mountains. It is partly paved and partly laid to lawn on different levels, planted with a variety of trees and bushes. It offers very flexible accommodation for a group of friends, 1 or 2 families with children. It can accommodate up to 10 guests and two babies. Pets are welcome.

Except during high season (July and August), the bungalows can be booked separately at different rates (The property will still be rented to only one group at a time) Please contact owners.

-At the High season the property can only be booked for a whole week, turnover being Saturdays.
-The rest of the year other arrangements (rent houses separately or for less than a week) can be done upon specific request. In which case the property is never let to 2 different clients anyway and the client enjoys all the garden.
-In all cases the Main house should be rented at first as it has the view, terrasse, barbecue etc… (renting only The Cottage would be very frustrating once on site)
-As stated in the website there are 2 cot beds in the house (one travel fabric one, one in wood) and baby stuff on request (high chair, potty, plastic bath, toys)
