Sierra Nevada Near Granada in the South of Spain hosts some of the finest ski slopes in the country. Non skiers may enjoy sledging on special toboggans, snow bikes or a ride on a sledge pulled by Nordic dogs.
Aragon This region in the North of Spain hosts some of the best skiing. In Jaca, you can go ice skating in the Palacio de Hielo and the resorts of Astun, Candanchu, Cerler, Formigal and Panticosa are hugely popular.
Catalonia Set in the North Eastern corner of Spain, this region is home to numerous ski resorts. Baquiera Beret in Viella, Boi Taull in Boi and La Molina are amongst the most popular and all approximately only 100 miles from Barcelona. Other resorts include La Molina and Marsella in the Alp area.
