Alamo heated pool

This 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom private villa is located on the Golf Del Sur. On entering the large hallway you have the kitchen on your left which come with all mod cons. Washing machine, dishwasher and fan assisted oven. Out of the kitchen and into the dining and living area, here you can watch SKY TV on the 32′ plasma TV, DVD player or just relax listening to music. A conservatory from the living area leads out onto the large terrace area which boasts a private heated pool, sun loungers, patio tables and chairs and umbrella. There is also a hot tub and bar (Which we are afraid you will need to stock yourself!!)

The villa sleeps 8, and each of the bedrooms have en-suites, as well as there being a spare bathroom. 3 of the bedrooms have double beds and one room with twin beds. The villa is also air conditioned in most rooms.

winter gardens 2 pool area

Winter Gardens is an attractive complex, built in October 2002. It boasts it’s own International Bowling Green and is exceptionally well supplied with facilities. The heated swimming pool has a separate children’s area and a pool bar for drink snacks and meals. There are two other bars on the complex, one being the Lands End bowls bar situated right next to the bowling green. Other facilities include a gym, changing rooms, sauna, jacuzzi and full size snooker table.
The apartment has been furnished to a high standard and has a fully equipped kitchen that includes a washing machine and dishwasher. The balcony area leads out onto your own private garden where a large tree can offer shade or if you wish to obtain that all over tan there is enough room to be able to do so. 2 bedrooms (one en-suite) and 2 bathrooms and an English TV package will make the apartment feel like home from home. You are close to restaurants and bars and a small supermarket just a stones throw away.

The pool area at the complex is stunning – literally sitting over the Atlantic. There are plenty of sunbeds available for your use and it’s a beautiful spot to take in the Tenerife sun.

Over the road from the complex is a well stocked supermarket and an Irish bar showing all the major sporting events by day and some really good live entertainment at night. In front of the complex there is a gorgeous sea front promenade where there are some really nice Spanish estaurants and bars. A pleasant 10-15 minute coastal walk along this promenade will bring you to the picturesque resort centre which is based around a main square. Here you will find more good quality bars, restaurants (many with evening entertainment), boutiques, banks and a chemist.

Lounge and Kitchen: The lounge consists of a double sofa bed that folds into 2 single beds, a radio/cassette/cd player and satellite television (BBC1, BBC2, ITV, CH4 and Sky Sports One). There are patio doors leading to the double balcony with sea views.

The apartment with 2 bedrooms are on the third floor, approached by either stairs or a lift, with a balcony and roof terrace, which receives sun from morning until night and has a sea and road view from the balcony. On site there is a good sized swimming pool and children’s pool alongside a restaurant which is open all day for snacks and drinks. Also on the complex is a gymnasium with sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. The apartment comes with access to a garage. This complex is in a very quiet area with no more than 20 people using the sun-beds.

The Golf Del Sur is located on the South Coast, only a short distance from Riena Sofia airport As the name suggests Golf Del Sur exists for golf, There are a number of superb courses however other entertainments have certainly been catered for, as there is a shopping centre and many restaurants and bars to choose from.

The 27 hole international course at Golf del Sur is considered to be Tenerife’s leading golf course. Ever since its 1987 inaugural event the 27 greens and fairways of Golf del Sur have provided the backdrop for various top international tournaments. The course was designed by Pepe Gancedo and has a thoroughly enjoyable layout in which one’s attention is immediately caught by the black volcanic sand in the bunkers. The wide fairways are lined with such a wide variety of indigenous plants such as palm trees and giant cacti.

This 800 square-metre course beside the Atlantic Ocean is like a veritable oasis. Particularly difficult is the 3rd hole of the north course. To the right of the wide fairway is a water hazard, behind which lies an impressive ravine with an ochre-coloured rock face, while to the left is a gaping bunker of black sand. Another notable hole is the 2nd of the southern course, a par 3 of 193 metres whose green is surrounded by another immense bunker of black sand.

This is a 2 bedroom, self catering penthouse apartment with stunning views overlooking the golf course and views out to sea along with Mount Teide in the distance. The apartment has a conservatory built on one side and separate balconies attached to the master bedroom and living area. En-suite bathroom and separate bathroom available along with washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment also has air-conditioning in the master bedroom and living area. The apartment is situated on a private residential complex and has 2 pools to choose from. Just a 2 minute walk will take you to the local bars and restaurants. However the apartment is situated on the 3rd floor so no noise from these establishments will reach you. The occasional ‘ting’ as a golf ball is launched is the only noise that you should hear. Access to the apartment is gained either by stairs or a lift and has a key safety box so there is no need to carry keys with you.
