This is a beautiful luxurious Villa of the kind that is rarely available on the rental market. Having been completely refurbished only 2 years ago, this was until now a main residence home but due to a change of circumstances it is available on the rental market. Consequently the standard of furniture, decor and equipment is much higher than your average rental property, with a lot more homely touches too!

Conveniently located just 7km from the airport in the cosmopolitan seaside resort of El Medano, this truly magnificent property will be the basis for a memorable holiday.
Consisting of a private heated pool, a roof terrace with amazing views, tables and chairs for inside and “al fresco dining” this is a luxury furnished villa throughout.

The villa oozes class and is beautifully furnished throughout. The living room has one sofa and 3 armchairs, as well as many other features. The TV receives BBC1, 2 ITV, CH4 and CH5.
Patio doors lead out to the private pool.
The kitchen is absolutely immaculate and been designed specifically to the owners needs. No appliance has been missed out. This is a kitchen from heaven!

The villa consists of a lovely private pool area with heated pool. The pool area is south facing and therefore provide a lovely sunny area for sunbathing. As you can see from the photos the pool is totally private too. Sunbeds and cushions are provided around the pool
The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 have double beds (both with ensuite) and the 3rd being a twin. The main bedroom has a king size bed
No expense has been spared furnishing this villa. It was furnished as a home and not a rental property so you will find many of your home comforts here.
There are 3 bathrooms in the villa, all tastefully decorated, looking fresh, sparkling and new. The two double bedrooms have ensuites and there is a family bathroom too.
Out the back of the villa is a small courtyard with a wooden table and chairs and a BBQ – perfect for dining Al Fresco. From here you can wander up to the private roof terrace which has lovely views to the sea in front and Mount Teide behind. A stunning place to soak up the Tenerife SunSet just a couple of minutes drive from the cosmopolitan seaside resort of El Medano, this villa offers peace and tranqulity yet is close enough to bars, restaurants and entertainment.

El Medano, a small holiday resort town on the south coast of Tenerife, 7km from the southern airport, 20 mins from the busy resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas, is a holiday destination for families looking for a safe, friendly, quiet, sunny destination.

It is a good base for golfers (with a choice of 6 different golf courses) and an ideal one for further exploring the island due to it’s excellent motorway links. It is well known to wind and kite surfers and a favourite with the Tenerfeños for both the relaxed atmosphere and the beautiful sandy beaches.

There are several sandy beaches, this one is sheltered by the town square and stretches all the way to the Red Rock Mountain and makes for a lovely walk. Two other beaches attract windsurfers from all over the world and two more are completely unspoilt.

We would recommend either car hire, or the use of taxis for people using the villa as it is a couple of minutes drive into Medano itself. (Local taxi number can be given to you). Here you can eat at many different cosmopolitan restaurants – tapas, Mexican, Italian, English etc etc. You are a 10 minute drive from the small harbour of Los Abrigos which reportedly has the best fresh fish restaurants on the island

In the grounds of this stunning villa there is a large terraced area and a garden with tropical plants. The heated swimming pool is set in an area of artificial grass where children or adults can play on in complete safety. Whilst relaxing in the garden, you will be able to enjoy panoramic views over the golf course to the sea.The fabulous lounge with seven metres of windows and patio doors looks over the golf course, the Ocean and up to three of the other islands. It offers the most magnificent view imaginable. The lounge is furnished with luxurious leather suites with recliners for relaxation, dining area with extendable table and leather chairs, and a magnificent 42 inch plasma TV, with multi programs, including BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4.
The hallway takes you past the guest toilet, to the lovely second bedroom, which has of course built in wardrobes, and an en suite with bath and shower over. There are patio doors to the rear of the property, looking out to the golf course, the Atlantic and the neighbouring island of La Gomera.

The ultra-modern kitchen is separate, except for a serving hatch, and has every modern appliance imaginable, all of the fixed appliances are made by Bosch, and are fitted into the high class floor and wall units, topped by granite worktops.
The master bedroom, has an en-suite, dressing area, and private balcony. The views to the front are over the 15th fairway and out to the sea. The en-suite has a Jacuzzi style bath and shower and the dressing room has extensive wardrobes and a dressing area. At the other side of the master bedroom there is an open balcony, where you can relax and idle the hours away.
What better place to watch the sun go down with a chilled glass of wine?
The terrace is accessed from the living room.Here, a CD / Radio stereo system is supplied, as is a DVD player. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room and the two main bedrooms.

The top terrace of the villa has a large sun terrace with sun beds, patio furniture and gas BBQ. It offers gorgeous views of the sea and the neighbouring island of La Gomera
Next to the terrace is the private heated pool and again those lovely views.

The shallow end of the pool is approx 1 metre deep and the deep end is 1.4 metres deep. It has been fully tiled to a high standard.
The villa used to be home to large riding stables which have now been turned into fun rooms, including a Gym, a games room with a pool table, dart board and table tennis table. There is a large e sand flloodlight football pitch/volleyball court as well as a childrens sand playground with swings and slide.
The lounge has seating for 12 with a split level dining area for a further 8 people, there is 42 inch plasma TV, DVD player, this room also offers a hifi system.
The fully fitted kitchen has all the items that you would expect from the luxury property dishwasher, american fridge with cold water and ice machine, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, microwave etc.
The huge master bedroom has a large double bed and walk in wardrobes, and a large en suite with jacuzzi bath, walk in shower.
The 2nd bedroom is absolutely HUGE with double bed, leather sofa, 2 single beds, air conditioning, en suite with jacuzzi bath and separate shower.
There are 3 other bedrooms, two with a double and one with two single beds. All bedrooms have either air conditioning or free standing fans. There are 4 luxury fully tiled bath/shower rooms throughout.
The villa has it’s own separate large self contained 2 bedroom apartment, including bathroom with jacuzzi bath, separate shower cubicle and a large lounge /diner. (Please note if you do not require the apartment then it will remain empty and free from other guests)
About the Villa and Area<
This magnificent Tenerife villa is situated 2km outside the southern resort of Callao Salvaje.
The Country House is set in a stunning and tranquil area with no other buildings nearby. It offers stunning views across the sea to the island of La Gomera. There is a local supermarket, restaurant, bar, tennis courts and some shops only 750 metres away. This Villa is a 2/3 minute drive to the main area of hotels, bars, banks, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, supermarkets etc.
It is just a 10 minute drive from the busy Las Americas and Los Cristianos. Taxis are easily available for those wishing to venture out.
2 golf courses at Adeje and Abama are within 10 mins drive with the Las Americas course being 20 mins away.
The resort of Los Gigantes with it’s huge cliffs and wonderful views are about a 25 minute drive.
The local beach itself is half sand, half pebble. One of the best beaches on the island at the Playa Del Duque is a short 10 minute drive away. Surrounded by the Islands most beautiful and expensive Hotels, it’s a fantastic place to spend the day, with many good restaurants, pavilion bars (on the beach) and good designer shopping close by! The beach also offers nightly chill out sessions in their Morrocan style desert tents, with music and waiter service.

Location from airport: 25-30 mins drive, car hire can be arranged.
