The Villa has its own garage with electronically operated door for parking 2 cars, and you enter via a “video doorman” system into the front terrace. Passing through the lovely double wooden doors, you come into the entry vestibule, from which you can access the lounge, kitchen, the second en-suite bedroom, the guest bathroom, and the stairs to the upper level.

The ultra-modern kitchen is separate, except for a serving hatch, and has every modern appliance imaginable. All of the fixed appliances are made by Bosch, and are fitted into the high class floor and wall units, topped by granite worktops.

The hallway takes you past the guest toilet, to the lovely second bedroom, which has of course built in wardrobes, and an en suite with bath and shower over. There are patio doors to the rear of the property, looking out to the golf course, the Atlantic and the neighbouring island of La Gomera.

Also off the vestibule is the fabulous lounge with seven metres of windows and patio doors looking over the golf course, the Ocean and up to three of the other islands, offering the most magnificent view imaginable. The lounge is furnished with luxurious leather suites with recliners for relaxation, dining area with extendable table and leather chairs, and a magnificent 42 inch plasma TV, with multi programs, including BBC1, BBC2, ITV and Channel 4.

Moving upstairs, on the right is the third bedroom, which has a wardrobe and double bed, and for those who suddenly find their party increased to seven, there is a handy additional single bunk bed.

Next door is the fantastic master bedroom, with en-suite and dressing area, and private balcony. The views to the front are again over the 15th fairway and out to the sea, and to the left you can see all the way out to Playa de Las Americas, and the point of Parque Santiago. The en-suite has a Jacuzzi style bath and shower over, and the dressing room has extensive wardrobes and a dressing area. At the other side of the master bedroom there is an open balcony, where you can relax and idle the hours away when you have had enough of the year round sunshine.

Moving outside, there is a large terraced area and a garden with tropical plants. The heated swimming pool is set in an area of artificial grass (no-mow) which children or adults can play on in complete safety. Standing at the bottom of the garden, you will be able to enjoy the panoramic views from Parque Santiago to Callao Salvaje and beyond.

As you walk into the villa, you will immediately be impressed with the quality of the fixtures and fittings. This is a true 2nd home and furnished as such.

This property is amongst our largest Tenerife villas and it is also ideally located in the urbanisation Los Olivos, in the exclusive principality of Adeje, South Tenerife.
Adeje is home to some of the best beaches on the island, including the gorgeous “Playa Del Duque” which is only 5 minutes drive away. Here you can not only enjoy a beautiful beach but designer shops and classy restaurants too.

The bustling resorts of Las Americas and Los Cristianos are both within a 10 minute drive and for this who like life at a slower pace, the quaint fishing village of La Caleta with it’s lovely sea front restaurants is less than 5 minutes away too.

For those golfers amongst you, the championship course at Costa Adeje is just a couple of minutes away, and the course at Las Americas can be reached within 10 minutes.

Office There is a separate office with an internet connection.

Kitchen: In the fully fitted kitchen you will find a full size oven and hob, a microwave, a tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster.

First Floor

Bedrooms: The bedrooms are very large and are all upstairs.

Master bedroom - The master bedroom is very spacious offering a king size bed and fully fitted wardrobes. In keeping with the rest of this Tenerife villa, the en suite to the master bedroom is fresh and crisp. It offers a jacuzzi, shower, two basins, a toilet and a bidet.

Second bedroom – The light and airy 2nd bedroom has a double bed and it’s own en suite bathroom too
Third and fourth bedrooms have two twin beds in each and share a family bathroom

The villa can sleep 2 further people in fold up beds that can be placed in any bedroom / room in the house, so the villa can sleep 10 people.

Villa Grounds: Huge 1300m2 grounds with lovely large pool, hot tub, sea views, various sun beds and patio furniture, landscaped gardens, barbeque. Secure and private gardens. The grounds of this lovely villa to rent in Tenerife are huge and very impressive. The large pool has steps leading into it for easy access. The villa grounds are south facing and benefit from all day sunshine.

In one corner of this luxury Tenerife villa has a hot tub with seating for 6 and lovely views over the south coast to the sea.
