An attractive modern Villa in Puerto del Carmen Lanzarote, just 200yds
from the beach and resort centre. Situated in the flat Las Villas area
this Lanzarote villa lies at the end of a private pedestrian walkway ensuring peace and quiet.

The upper floor comprises a comfortably furnished lounge with patio doors through to the covered upper terrace with dining table and built-in barbeque.
Also on the upper floor is a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and a
separate bathroom.On the ground floor there is an attractive double bedroom, with a door leading to a bedroom with full size bunk beds for two children up to twelve, or one adult.
Also on the ground floor are two more twin bedrooms, with lots of wardrobe space. Plus a full shower room, and a door leading to the large 7mt x 3.5mt heated swimming pool. There are sun beds fitted with comfortable quality mattresses and patio furniture.
Shops bars and restaurants are just a stroll away-200yds down to the front.
Playa del Barranquilo beach is 250yds away and the Hotel San Antonio beach is 300yds away.

Outside is a private heated pool and an eight-seat jacuzzi. Additionally table tennis equipment is provided for guests’ entertainment. The villa is situated next to Alondra Villas, just a short walk from the Old Town area of Puerto Del Carmen, and comes highly recommended. The very popular Puerto Calero Marina is only 5 mins drive away.

This house offers a dream of a home difficult to describe. It was built in 1994 by a German artist giving the house style in the line of the artist Cesar Manrique, no longer here. In 2006 the house was redesigned and refurbished to make an ideal place for holidays. The house has an advantage of being 3 minutes walk from the exclusive Puerto Calero, with its luxury yachts and non massified beaches. Only 3 minutes walking from the best Spa on the Island (SPA Talasoterapia Terma Europa). The famous tourist village of Puerto del Carmen is only 8 minutes driving from there.
