This quality new villa has added luxuries to make your holiday special! The master bedroom opens up to a private Terrace upstairs, whilst the triple room and Lounge/Diner downstairs opens up to the Ground floor sun Terrace, with it s own Private heated Pool, Luxury Jacuzzi and Dining area! If you fancy something more energetic than lounging in the Garden, you can even play a game of Table Tennis, which is provided for your entertainment, or watch a DVD or Sky TV. This villa has everything you need for a fabulous holiday in Playa Blanca! 

Downstairs
On entrance you are greeted by a spacious hallway, which leads to two good sized twin bedrooms. There is one triple bedroom with its own access to the Garden Terrace, Jacuzzi and Pool. (The door can be locked if access is not applicable for children etc.) The downstairs bathroom is spacious with bath, toilet and sink. There is also a separate shower room. The fully fitted kitchen (electric oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster) is like home from home, with everything you need for home cooking – which you can enjoy Al Fresco! There is a utility room with washing machine for your convenience. The good sized lounge has satellite TV, DVD player and dining table for six, which has patio doors opening up directly onto the sun terrace. (Please note that DVD’s can be hired from the office in Lanzarote) The lovely Terrace has a dining area for six (the dining chairs from inside can be used for extra people, as the outside table is a good size), private Calorex heated swimming pool with roman steps, and a fantastic Jacuzzi, which is lovely to use as the sun goes down! If you fancy a game, we have a table tennis table and if you want to relax in the sun, sun lounger’s are provided.  The owners have also just added a childrens play house ideal for 2- 5 year olds.

Upstairs
Upstairs is the lovely Gallery style master bedroom with plenty of space and hangers in the built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with bath (shower over). Patio doors open up (lovely in the morning!) to a private sun terrace with lovely Mountain and sea views. The terrace has a table and sun loungers which is great if you fancy some private sunbathing!

A large living/dining room has two sets of patio doors to the terrace and steps leading down to the pool and lower sun terrace which in equipped with sun beds and comfortable mattresses.
On the ground floor there is a large master double bedroom (queen size) with a luxury full en-suite shower room with twin marble vanity basins. Patio doors lead to the upper sun bathing terrace.
The focal point of the villa is the large covered terrace and much of your stay will be spent here, relaxing, cooking on the built -in barbeque and dining with views to Fuerteventura over Playa Blanca.
