If you fancy something more energetic than lounging in the Garden, you can even play a game of Table Tennis, which is provided for your entertainment, or watch a DVD or Sky TV. This villa has everything you need for a fabulous holiday in Playa Blanca! 

Downstairs
On entrance you are greeted by a spacious hallway, which leads to two good sized twin bedrooms. There is one triple bedroom with its own access to the Garden Terrace, Jacuzzi and Pool. (The door can be locked if access is not applicable for children etc.) The downstairs bathroom is spacious with bath, toilet and sink. There is also a separate shower room. The fully fitted kitchen (electric oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster) is like home from home, with everything you need for home cooking – which you can enjoy Al Fresco! There is a utility room with washing machine for your convenience. The good sized lounge has satellite TV, DVD player and dining table for six, which has patio doors opening up directly onto the sun terrace. (Please note that DVD’s can be hired from the office in Lanzarote) The lovely Terrace has a dining area for six (the dining chairs from inside can be used for extra people, as the outside table is a good size), private Calorex heated swimming pool with roman steps, and a fantastic Jacuzzi, which is lovely to use as the sun goes down! If you fancy a game, we have a table tennis table and if you want to relax in the sun, sun lounger’s are provided.  The owners have also just added a childrens play house ideal for 2- 5 year olds.

Upstairs
Upstairs is the lovely Gallery style master bedroom with plenty of space and hangers in the built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with bath (shower over). Patio doors open up (lovely in the morning!) to a private sun terrace with lovely Mountain and sea views. The terrace has a table and sun loungers which is great if you fancy some private sunbathing!

Playa Blanca

Playa Blanca is a relatively new resort, and has been designed to suit all tastes. Much quieter than the main resorts of Puerto del Carmen and Teguise, it has everything you need to enjoy a fabulous holiday. Just half hour drive from the airport, it lies in the most Southerly tip of Lanzarote. Just a short distance along the coast by car are the famous Papagayo beaches, which are just stunning. These coves and clear seas are accessed only by dirt roads, so they remain relatively quiet and are a special place to laze away the day. If you go, there are limited restaurants and facilities, so you may wish to take a picnic. Playa Blanca itself has a lovely long promenade, scattered with restaurants, chilled out bars and shops and a range of hotels providing nightly entertainment should you wish to see some flamenco or live music! The restaurants here are varied – everything from A La Carte, Seafood and Italian to Indian, Chinese and Japanese! The very special ‘Almacen de la Sal’ (translated as ‘Salt Cellar’), which has live piano music and a beautifully designed menu with meats and fish, wines and a fabulous Paella is a great place to go as a treat. Or try ‘The Spices’ Indian restaurant for a taste of Asia Al Fresco! Most restaurants have Al Fresco dining and most on the front have beautiful views. The little harbour is great, as it is not only nice to look at, it is the Islands access point to Fuerteventura. This is a lovely day out by Ferry (3 companies offer this) direct to Correlejo, if you fancy a change of scene!

One king size double-bedded room with modern en-suite and one twin bedded room with adjacent modern bath/shower room. Air Conditioned, both for cooling & for heating. Modern fully fitted kitchen with marble worktops. Everything you will need is made available.

Large central dining area leads to split level lounge with Sat TV & DVD/CD system. Outstanding views to the south and to the mountains inland.

Outside

Exceptional views of Lanzarote and beyond. Large pergola-shaded marble floored ballustraded veranda terraces. Extensive sunbathing terraces offering sun all day from dawn till dusk. The villa is wonderfully peaceful, with 3000+ square metres of garden with no neighbours.

Both (or either) parts of the villa come with the use of the secluded heated swimming pool with roman steps, the outside sunken jacuzzi and barbecue with Moroccan chimney.

On-site parking. Entry phone system. Car hire essential. The villas and grounds are in an elevated position and not overlooked. Clothes are not needed anywhere. Entire site is 4070 M2 of which 475 M2 is built.
