A holiday in such a pretty postcard property is worth that extra self congratulatory glass of wine on the villas terrace. A pretty villa, super lawns, gardens, sea views and a private pool – all the ingredients necessary for a relaxing stay. The villa lies on the lower part of San Jaime, located on a quiet residential cul de sac just off the main road and within walking distance to all amenities.

The ground floor area houses a cosy TV lounge, furnished with a homely décor and air conditioning, to the left of the lounge you have the attractive fitted kitchen and breakfast area and to the right of the lounge you have the passageway to the two double bedrooms and bathrooms. Climbing the open staircase which lies at the back of the lounge you have the master suite with private balcony.

The principal ground floor covered terrace with hand built BBQ area is equipped for six diners and has a much needed sun canopy. Sitting on the terrace with that “rioja” treat, you can dwell on manicured lawns and gardens, the villas private pool and sea views.

The 9 x 4 rectangular private pool has a deep end of 2 mts and a shallow end of 0.9 mts, with all the sun furniture to compliment the six household guests.

These ground floor and first floor popular apartments are located in the lower part of San Jaime and are divided into three zones , 3, 4 and 5
All three complexes have swimming pools with sunbathing terraces, and bar-restaurants.A pay launderette and a tennis court also available.
Lying between zones 3 and 4 is the Club San Jaime” bar and restaurant complex, the maze and the water chutes plus supermarket and a privatem medical centre, diving school and bakery.
Within a ten to twenty minute walk, the main commercial area of Son Bou offers a larger colourful selection of restaurants, bars,supermarkets and shops. pay mini train on wheels offers a trip around the resort and the pony ides are popular with the little ones.The beautiful beach of Son Bou is also within walking distance 500mts-900mts).
