Spectacular 5 bed Andalucian Villa, sleeps 10, Nerja, Costa del Sol (Ref: NV5bvCec)

This is the jewel of our Nerja properties – a spectacular Andalucian villa, on the edge of Nerja. The villa is in the countryside yet only 15 to 20 minutes walk to Nerja’s town centre.

Although the villa might look to you as an old Spanish cortijo, it was recently built; south facing to the sea allowing spectacular views, but still affords the guests privacy.

The villa comprises five bedrooms, three doubles and two twins. There is a small box bedroom with a single bed, spacious lounge off which there is a second lounge/dining room that we call ‘the gallery’, because of the fantastic views all round to Almijara mountains and down the beautiful valley to Nerja and the sea. Large fully equiped kitchen with breakfast table and separate pantry, fridge, washing machine etc.There is also a self contained apartment with kitchenette and bathroom. In the lounge there is a double sofabed, leading off the lounge there is a double bedroom with twin single beds.

The house is built around the private pool (8 x 4 metres) with a feature fountain and also an external jacuzzi. There is also a raised covered terrace overlooking the pool and separate built tiled table for entretaining large parties, B.B.Q., sun lounges etc.

The house is central heated by gas, satellite t.v., air conditoning to kitchen, gallery and main bedroom.

• Bellow master bedroom onsite with shower room and small fourth box bedroom.

• There is also a self contained apartment with kitchenette and bathroom. In the lounge there is a double sofabed, leading off the lounge there is a double bedroom with twin single beds.

• Air conditioning to kitchen, gallery and master bedroom all other rooms have ceiling fans. There is full central heating to the house.
• Pool 8×4 metres 1 – 2 metres deep.
• Private car parking for up to 20 cars

Beautiful detached villa with a self-contained apartment; comprising of twin-bedded sitting room with kitchen and bathroom.
Upstairs there is a large spacious lounge with well equipped kitchen, leading upstairs to one double and one twin bedroom and bathroom, satellite TV, private pool. There are large sunny terraces all around the property with views to the sea and mountains.

There is a terrace off the apartment below with a gas barbeque,table and chairs, off the lounge there is another terrace with lovely views to the sea with table and chairs and off the double bedroom upstairs there is another terrace with spectacular views all around the Almijara mountains and the sea.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
The property is situated in a quiet residential area; 5 minutes walk to Burriana beach, and 15 minutes walk to Nerja´s town centre.
As there is a sofa bed in the apartment it could take up to six people plus one child.

For those seeking a quiet setting and wonderful scenery, a more idyllic location would be hard to imagine. Yet still only 1 kilometre from centre of Nerja.
The house has been decorated and refurbished with rustic and artistic flair, and has a delighful feeling of space and comfort. Fantastic views to south down the valley to the sea, and all around to the Almijara mountains. There is a private pool 8×4 metres in size, perfectly situated for sun all day.

Beside the pool there is a barbecue house with a covered terrace and seating for eight people.
The old established garden all around is crowned with magnificent trees, providing shade from the daytime heat.
You enter directly to the large lounge with many interesting and original features. There is an open fire place, full kitchen, satellite t.v., dining area. Off the lounge gallery looking out to the front garden with dining area.
There are two double bedrooms, two twins, three bathrooms all ensuite, plus a separate w.c. Patio doors lead to terrace of private pool.

Lovely detached property on the edge of Nerja.The villa has two parts. Upstairs is a three-bedroom, two bathroom, well appointed kitchen, large open lounge and dining roon, Sky television. The balcony to one side of the villa has a panoramic view of the countryside to the Almijara mountains. The front balcony overlooks the private swimming-pool and views of the sea and Africa on a clear day.

Below is a separate, self-contained apartment with well equipped kitchen, bathroom, lounge/dining room and two bedrooms with two single beds and a double bed. In the grounds surrounding the house are mature fruit trees including apricots, peaches, cherries and grape vines. There is a car-port and large storeroom with washing machine. The villa is fully furnished and equipped.
The house is in one of Nerja’s most select areas on the road to Burriana beach, a very quiet residential area. The beach is half a mile and town centre one mile. House linen is provided, please bring your own beach towels.

This beautiful large glorious house set in a fabulous position, just on the outskirts of Nerja.
Light and airy very spacious for a big family or groups sharing. Enter across the huge open terrace around the pool with covered pergola. The house has marble floors throughout every room is spacious and full of light. There is an ‘L’-shaped lounge with open fireplace, and dining room with terrace all around.

What to do in Nerja…..

There’s something about Nerja which touches visitors. The climate is certainly one of the best in Europe, the local fruit and vegetables are second to none, and the welcome is undeniably warm. But, in addition, there is a feeling of belonging, of being amongst the contented, of joining a community whose quality of life is of primary importance.
Nerja, originally named Narixa, meaning “rich in water”, has many legends and stories which have been passed by word of mouth across the centuries, stemming from romance between the sun, moon and sea. The sea has always been – and still remains – the soul of the town. Thousands of visitors have chosen Nerja as their idyll; clean, shingle beaches, the charisma of the people, the gentle way of life and traditionally rich Andalusian culture. Nerja’s beaches, El Playazo, La Torrecilla, El Salon, Calahonda, El Chorillo, and Burriana stretch over 16 km of fine sand and clear waters.
So, what is the attraction? Why do so many people decide that Nerja is their ideal place in the sun? The climate is a factor, of course. The average annual temperature is around 19°F (about 66°C), with highs in the Summer of over 30 C (86°F) in July and August which enjoy many cloudless days. Even then, in Summer Nerja tends to be 8 or 10 degrees cooler than the searing heat in cities such as Cordoba, where temperatures of over 40°C (104°F) are not uncommon.
One of the finest views in the south of Spain can be seen from the Balcon de Europa in Nerja’s heart. This promontory, named by King Alfonso XII in 1885, is the place to be at sunset on a Summer’s night when the curve of the earth can clearly be seen on the horizon across the Mediterranean. On a clear day the coa st of can be clearly defined, confirming the important cultural link between and its Arab neighbours.
The town reputedly offers more places to eat per head of population, than anywhere else in Spain – around 400 bars and restaurants!
