Set over three floors, this amazing villa has all the modern facilities of a new house but the charm and character of a Spanish villa. On the main floor there is a large dining area with modern kitchen and breakfast area with American Double Fridge, as well as a lounge area with flat screen TV and surround sound and doors to the upper terrace. Also on this floor is a shower room and the third bedroom/office with single bed with access to a lovely dining terrace and stairs leading down to the large lower floor. This lower floor has another lounge with large flat screen TV, and an inflatable double bed for any extra guests. It also has a steam room which can seat 12 people with a shower room alongside this, a utility area, and patio doors onto the pool and terrace with bar area and access to the garden.
The top floor has the large master bedroom with super king size bed, full en suite bathroom with double sinks and jacuzzi bath, as well as the second bedroom with twin beds and en suite shower room featuring a double shower. Both of these rooms have flat screen TVs and access to an upstairs terrace. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The grounds house private parking, a private heated pool and jacuzzi and lovely mature gardens.


This beautiful villa is well situated in a quiet street on the hill above Calahonda, catching cooling sea breezes and enjoying a very private setting. It is within a 2 minute drive or short walking distance to restaurants, bars and a supermarket. The airport of Malaga is a 35 minute drive, Marbella town 20 minutes and the Port of Cabopino 10 minutes.
