This luxurious superior duplex apartment, with easy access from the car park, has recently been completely refurbished and brought up to the highest standard with marble floors throughout.The ground floor lounge has two sofas, elegant dining suite and furniture, with easterly views towards the mountains and river valley and access to the paved outside terrace.

There is satellite digital TV, BBC and radio, (“Free to Air/View Channels”), DVD/video player, CD/tape radio music centre. (Selection of DVD’s, Videos, CD’s and books).

There is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen complete with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, large ‘fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron, etc.

Two first floor double bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds, built-in wardrobes and furniture with hairdryers and ceiling fans (one with separate balcony with table and chairs and an en-suite shower/toilet, wash-basin & bidet). Separate main bathroom with bath and integral shower, toilet, wash-basin & bidet.

This apartment is decorated to the highest standards and consists of a spacious lounge dining area, which leads out onto a lovely private terrace with fabulous mountain and golf views. The lounge also has a sofa bed allowing for extra guests. The large master bedroom leads onto the garden and has a king-size bed and full ensuite bathroom with both bath and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, a small terrace, and has an en-suite shower room. There is a also a separate WC for guests. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating. The modern kitchen is fully equipped.

This 5 bed 4 bath villa is on two levels situated a few minutes walk from the mountain village of Benahavis. It is well furnished and fully equipped for holiday rental. This is a stunning, spacious and stylish home with private heated pool, extensive south facing terraces and dining out areas with amazing views.

On the ground floor there is a beautiful living-dining room, fireplace and open plan kitchen. There are comfortable sofas and easy chairs in this area which has patio doors leading to the private pool, garden and terraces. Also on this floor there is a double en suite bedroom and a further bedroom and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the master en-suite double bedroom. Below the terrace and down a flight of stairs there are another two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom, these can be booked with the villa but are not let separately.
