With a large entrance hall which leads into the living room, and to the right you will find a large kitchen with ajoining laundry room. There is an impressive spiral staircase in the entrance hall, which stays in theme with this mexican style villa. There is also a WC on this floor

The first floor:
There are 3 bedrooms on this floor plus 2 full bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is en suite with a free standing bath. To get top the roof terrace there is another spiral stair case. From here there are some quite magnificent views of the Catalan countryside.
