Bedrooms: In bungalow 1, bedroom with double bed.
In bungalow 2, bedroom with double bed interconnecting with bedroom with twin beds + wooden cot.
In bungalow 3, bedroom with twin beds.
In bungalow 4, bedroom with double bed.
Bathrooms: 1 shower room with WC in each bungalow except bungalow 3.
Kitchen: In bungalow 1: hob, combi oven/microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and various kitchen appliances.
In bungalow 4, kitchenette with fridge, electric hob and microwave.
Utility Room: Washing machine in bungalow 2’s shower room.
Living Rooms: Main living room in bungalow 1: open plan living/dining room with kitchen area and open fireplace, hi-fi, games.
Open to paved terrace with built-in barbecue, overlooking lake and mountains.
Other: Extra lounge in bungalow 4, open to paved terrace.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen are included. Property cleaned before each renting period.

AREA INFORMATION

Beautiful lush and green garden, party lawn and partly paved on different levels. Built-in barbecue, outdoor furniture for both terraces. A path leads down from the property to the lake.
2 minutes walking distance to the lake’s sand and boulders beaches.

15 minutes drive to Navaluenga golf. Open in 2000, 9 holes. Beautiful scenery surrounded by mountains.

90 km from Madrid Barajas airport. Use of a car essential.

9km W of El Tiemblo (simple shopping, bars, restaurants and health centre).
20km W of San Martin de Valdeiglesias (most facilities).
40km E of Avila (all facilities).
90km NW of Toledo and 90 km S of El Escorial.
90km W of Madrid.

Boats and canoeing for use can be hired 2 km away.
Boat rides available. Fishing, hiking, horse-riding (Valle de Iruelas) 10km away. Climbing (San Martin de Valdeiglesias) 15km away. Trecking (Sierra de Gredos) 60 km away. Housebook with full details available in the main house.

Half of payment to be made on booking, the other half on day before arrival. Guarantee deposit required.

Weekly booking from Saturday to Saturday. Shorter bookings between Saturdays. Special arrangements can be made subject to season.

Prices are for the whole property per week in Euros.
Except during high season (July and August), the bungalows can be booked separately at different rates (The property will still be rented to only one group at a time) Please contact owners.

-At the High season the property can only be booked for a whole week, turnover being Saturdays.
-The rest of the year other arrangements (rent houses separately or for less than a week) can be done upon specific request. In which case the property is never let to 2 different clients anyway and the client enjoys all the garden.
-In all cases the Main house should be rented at first as it has the view, terrasse, barbecue etc… (renting only The Cottage would be very frustrating once on site)
-As stated in the website there are 2 cot beds in the house (one travel fabric one, one in wood) and baby stuff on request (high chair, potty, plastic bath, toys)
